Process
Order Taker Program
Group signs and faxes in Participation Agreement Form to Head Office indicating number of
brochures they would like us to send them
Group should run their fundraiser for a period of 2 weeks
Fundraising Coordinator collects all orders and tallies them up. The coordinator then completes the master order form indicating the address where they would like the order delivered to on the top part of the form. This order is faxed into Ultimate Fundraising Inc. at 1-250-489-8133 to be processed along with their payment.
The groups order will be shipped out to them within 2 weeks of receiving their order. (refer to shipping instructions below.)
Free Nintendo Wii System
Ultimate Fundraising will give your group a free Nintendo Wii System for every 1000 tubs or boxes of cookie dough sold. This can be given away to your top seller or given out from a draw that allows for one entry for each bag of coffee sold by your participants. The more you sell the better chance you have of winning. (You may also have the option of taking the $300 instead of the Wii System should you choose.)
